Did you know, taking the time to review and evaluate what you currently value in your personal development, friendships, relationships, and community can increase self-esteem?
"But how?.."
When you know what means the most to you:
You are able to clearly communicate your needs for yourself, your time, and for others.
You can assess and review what's missing and find out how to get more of what you value.
Knowing what you value helps you create boundaries to protect and keep what's important to you.
If we aren’t clear on what we value how can we expect to know if our needs are being met in life? The activity below will help you assess what’s most important to you and help you take steps towards a more fulfilling life.
I led a therapy group about values, and we did an activity to review how much time we are currently putting towards the value.
We're talking about things we hold high esteem in sooo we should be making time to do it, right?
Surprisingly, my clients had very similar outcomes after doing this activity. Head over to my YouTube channel to find out what it was!
Blessings and Breakthroughs,
Briana
